I’m a certified life coach living in Westchester County NY, and I have  also been working with special needs children for many years.

When I decided to become a life coach, I was at the point in my life where I was struggling to find my individual identity, not just the identity of mother and wife.

After my divorce and my children moving on, I knew my knowledge of coaching along with my own life experiences would inform my approach.
